14 ounces (just over 2 cups) Coconut milk or almond or cashew milk
Pinch of salt
5 tbsp chia seeds
2 tsp vanilla
Prep Time: 5 mins
1) Mix the Dark Chocolate Ashwagandha Blend into the milk. Add salt and vanilla. Mix well.
2) While stirring slowly add the chia seeds. If you don’t stir the seeds will clump together.
3) Pour the pudding mixture into small cups and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. You can add chocolate shavings or berries to the pudding when serving.
