In a blender or food processor, blend the avocado and dates. Once blended add the melted coconut oil and blend again. Then add the banana and blend once more. Finally, add the Sunbird Organics Dark Chocolate Ashwagandha Blend and blend until combined. Do not overmix.
Serve in a bowl with any of the following: sliced kiwi, chia seeds, berries, sliced almonds, pumpkin seeds or cacao nibs.
