As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
Once your order is received, it will be sent to our warehouse to be picked, packed, and shipped right away. All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please be aware that USPS products and packages may require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 impacts. Learn more about these delays at the USPS website.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Domestic orders from sunbirdorganics.com are eligible to receive standard and expedited shipping services. We offer standard shipping to orders shipped to the 48 contiguous states in the United States of America for $3. We offer free standard shipping to orders shipped to the 48 contiguous states in the United States of America on orders of $25 or more. All orders shipping outside of the 48 contiguous states will be charged a flat rate of $9.99 at checkout. Locations outside of the 48 contiguous states include Alaska and Hawaii, and all other off-shore insular areas, such as American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Guam and Puerto Rico.
Expedited shipping options can be selected at checkout. The cost will be calculated at checkout and included in your order total.
We do not currently offer international shipping to customers outside of the United States of America.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. If you have purchased an expedited shipping option, a tracking number may be available. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking number to become available if you have purchased expedited shipping.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
