Banana, Coffee, Cashew & Cacao Smoothie

This one takes more time to make but we think you will find the extra effort more than worth it. Using soaked cashews and oats makes this a creamy decadent drink without any dairy.


Prep Time: 15 minutes
Servings: 2 cups

  • 1 tablespoon Sunbird Organics Dark Chocolate Ashwagandha Root Extract Powder
  • 1 Frozen banana, sliced
  • 2 Medjool dates, pits removed
  • 1/2 cup Cold brew coffee
  • 1/4 cup Raw cashews, soaked overnight if possible
  • 3 tablespoons Old-fashioned oats, preferably soaked overnight
  • Pinch Ground cardamom
  • Pinch Kosher salt

Place all of the ingredients into a blender.  If you have an ice crushing or smoothie setting, use that. Otherwise start at a low setting and blend until creamy.
