This one takes more time to make but we think you will find the extra effort more than worth it. Using soaked cashews and oats makes this a creamy decadent drink without any dairy.

Servings: 2 cups
- 1 tablespoon Sunbird Organics Dark Chocolate Ashwagandha Root Extract Powder
- 1 Frozen banana, sliced
- 2 Medjool dates, pits removed
- 1/2 cup Cold brew coffee
- 1/4 cup Raw cashews, soaked overnight if possible
- 3 tablespoons Old-fashioned oats, preferably soaked overnight
- Pinch Ground cardamom
- Pinch Kosher salt
Place all of the ingredients into a blender. If you have an ice crushing or smoothie setting, use that. Otherwise start at a low setting and blend until creamy.
