- 2 ½ tbsp Sunbird Organics dark chocolate ashwagandha powder
- 14 ounces (just over 2 cups) Coconut milk or almond or cashew milk
- Pinch of salt
- 5 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp vanilla
Instructions:
- Mix the dark chocolate ashwagandha powder into the milk.
- Add salt and vanilla to the mixture and mix well.
