- 2 tablespoons of Sunbird Organics Cacao Ashwagandha Blend powder
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1 cup of almond milk or milk of your choice
- 1-2 tablespoons of peanut butter
- 1-2 tablespoons of honey or agave syrup (if peanut butter is unsweetened)
- ½ cup of ice

1) In a blender, combine the bananas, milk, peanut butter, Sunbird Organics Cacao Ashwagandha Blend powder, honey, and ice.
2) Blend until reaches desired consistency.
3) Pour into two tall glasses, top with granola or crushed peanuts and serve immediately. Enjoy!
