- 2 tablespoons of Sunbird Organics Cacao Ashwagandha Blend powder
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1 cup of almond milk or milk of your choice
- 1-2 tablespoons of peanut butter
- 1-2 tablespoons of honey or agave syrup (if peanut butter is unsweetened)
- ½ cup of ice
- In a blender, combine the bananas, milk, peanut butter, Sunbird Organics Cacao Ashwagandha Blend powder, honey, and ice.
- Blend until reaches desired consistency.
- Pour into two tall glasses, top with granola or crushed peanuts and serve immediately. Enjoy!
