1 ¼ cup of almond milk or other milk alternative

1 tbsp almond butter

½ tbsp maple syrup

½ cup of rolled oats

½ tsp vanilla

½ cup ice (if served cold)

1) In a blender, combine the almond milk, almond butter, maple syrup, rolled oats, Sunbird Organics Cacao Ashwagandha Blend powder, vanilla and ice.
2) Blend until reaches desired consistency.
3) Pour into two tall glasses and serve immediately. Enjoy!
