- 2 tbsp Sunbird Dark Chocolate Ashwagandha Blend powder
- 1 ¼ cup of almond milk or other milk alternative
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- ½ tbsp maple syrup
- ½ cup of rolled oats
- ½ tsp vanilla
- ½ cup ice (if served cold)
- In a blender, combine the almond milk, almond butter, maple syrup, rolled oats, Sunbird Organics Cacao Ashwagandha Blend powder, vanilla and ice.
- Blend until reaches desired consistency.
- Pour into two tall glasses and serve immediately. Enjoy!
